Agenzia per l'Italia Digitale
I collaborated to design the UI Design System for Digital Italy State Agency.
As Digital Facilitator working for the Italian Ministry of Education and Research, I had the chance to collaborate on the project for the Design System of a common UI to be used by all services of the Italian Government commissioned by AGID - Agenzia per l'Italia Digitale (Digital Italy Agency).
The whole project was devoted to the maximum recognizability, neutrality and clearness to achieve an interface that let people feel as they were using something familiar, helping the UX to develop clear communications and comfortable user experiences.
As a typeface was decided to adopt Titillium, a type developed by the students of the Campi Visivi's Type Design Course at Accademia di Belle Arti di Urbino (Fine Arts Academy of Urbino).
The so-called UI Kit is an enormous work involving many designers from companies and public institutions.
The work, started in 2018 using Sketch to design the UI and the Design System and using Invision as a collaborative platform, is still in progress. Recently Figma was adopted as a Design platform.
At present-day, the Design System consists of 12 Chapters and 62 sheets covering various aspect of UI.
The buttons in the grid below drives to correspondent chapters of the Design System.
